What do I need for analog output? Newb alert... *help*

Ralph,

Great to hear that you're in contact with somebody on the better solution.

Regarding the analog output, you should definitely post that question in the DAQ forums, but do it under a new thread.  Or if you have general questions you should probably just start with one of the Example Programs (Help > Find Examples > Hardware I/O > DAQmx > Analog Generation) or use the DAQ Assistant.

Thanks Otis...  All your help is appreciated.

I'm such a newb that the sample programs are pretty greek to me.  I only laid eyes on labview last wednesday and with a 'get it done now' amount of pressure.  Thanks for bearing with me.

Ralph

If you're really that new to LabVIEW, then you should definitely take a look at the online 3-hour course:

I'm definitely going to check that out.

I went through most of the tutorials in the 'getting started' manual when I installed the system last week.  But of course, there's more to be learned and I'm the type that likes to know it all 🙂

Thanks otis!
