What hardware is most suitable for this needs?

I need to make a device that have 4 analog input, and 2 analog output, and can run the uploaded program without connecting to the PC, and I need the price to be as low as possible

You need to be more specific.  What update rate do you want for you signals?  What are these signals (voltage, current, frequency)?  Is safety a concern?  What programming language do you want to use?
