Where is i/o variable container located on palette

I'm looking at a labview example that uses the I/O Variable Container.  I can copy it from the example, but I cannot find it on my tools palette. Help please.

You can find it on the tools palette with the name of Local Variable Object Reference under the section Data Communications>>Shared Variables.
