cDAQ 9132 Corrupt Install Now No Connection

So I have a cDAQ 9132 that I was installing some normal NI software for through MAX.  I had set the primary network port to static IP 192.168.129.1, and secondary IP to 192.168.130.1.  The host PC was on 192.168.129.10 with nothing else on the local network.  The install seemed to go fine and then the controller restarted.  After restart an error came up.

After this the device appeared offline in MAX.  Trying to remove then add the device again gave me this error:

But interestingly enough the web interface somewhat worked.  I could change user privileges, view the file system and a few settings but the main page and network information appeared missing.

After several reboots and trying the secondary network the results were the same.  The device can be pinged, and the web interface is somewhat there, but MAX doesn't see it.  I'm going to try the USB interface, and resetting the controller into other modes but is there any suggestions?  Anyone seen this before?  Thanks.

Were you able to get things working over USB? If not, have you tried resetting the device and trying again?

I booted the controller into safe mode and it was seen by my host PC using the secondary network interface.  I performed a format through MAX, and then reinstalled all NI software through MAX.  Things seemed good for a little bit but as soon as I went to deploy a build communication was lost.  I opened up IE to the IP address of the controller and saw this error.

I am now doing a repair install of all NI software on the host and intend on booting into safe mode again, formatting again, and reinstalling NI software again.

Well I finished the repair install of all NI stuff, rebooted the controller into safe mode, formatted, reinstalled everything, and it seems to be working alright.  It might have just been a corrupt install of the cDAQ image into the host which went to the controller.
