Is it possible to set up the RS485 port on the cRIO 9036 to 2-wire mode. And of so, what pins do I need to use at the RJ-50 connector? The manual only states pinouts for a 4-wire connection (so I am wondering if it supports 2-wire mode at all).

it should. use a property node on your VISA wire and set the wire mode to two wire.
