cRIO 9045 - This device could not be discovered

Hi,
I have installed everything needed to use cRIO 9045. From Ni MAX I can see all the modules and also run the test-panel from where I could test and see the correct operation. Unfortunately, when I go into labview, under “Add Targets and Device” and add the cRIO I get the result, “This device could not be discovered” and the description, “This device could not be discovered. System API communications with the device failed.”

What are the software versions installed on your host PC and cRIO?

Please provide the screenshot of the software installed.

I reinstalled all the software and now it works, thanks for the support anyway.
