Hi all,
Hope I'm not being dumb here. I have two USB devices that I've connected to the cRIO-9054, one is a USB-C SSD which I have plugged into the host port. The other is a NMEA to USB 0183 converter from DigitalYacht which is then converted to USB-C through an adapter.
I have the SSD connected fine and working, the NMEA connection works in the host port.
Neither device works in the console port but I would like to have the NMEA connected to it (it is a 2.0 device).
I have disabled the console out and I don't think there are driver issues as it works for the other port. Is there an extra step I am missing to enable reading on this port?
There is a dev/ttyS0 port but this isn't the right connection (did a plug and unplug test).
The cRIO doesn't detect any additional ports when plugging and unplugging from the console out port. Attached are the two lsmod lists which look the same for it being plugged in and unplugged just with a couple of format errors from the copy.
Other devices on the cRIO - 9871, 2x 9236. The 9871 has 485 and 422 connection to it (although this has another issue that I have raised a ticket with NI for)

Hi,
Did you every figure this problem out? I am having the same issue with a sbRIO-9609 and the host and device usb-c ports.
Thanks,
