cRIO-9055 software install problem in MAX

Government laptop running Windows 10 that is setup so that it cannot access the internet.  LabVIEW 2022Q3 with proper modules/drivers for cRIO installed.  Attempts to install LabVIEW RT fail.  Please read attached Word doc for description.

When using the offline feed, cRIO will access the packages from https://<local-ip-address>:<port> instead of download.ni.com.

All of the off-line feeds installed correctly.  The problem occurs when I am in MAX and right-click Software under the remote target and click Add/Remove Software.  That is when the pop-up appears and I never get a chance to install anything.

Are you implying that I have to use off-line feeds to install anything, including LabVIEW Real-Time?
