cRIO and external code

Hello.

I am working on project that requires FPGA for fast data processing like making counters from digital signals. Then I need to use machine learning to process that signals to get some results. Since NI doesn't provide good libraries for Machine learning is there a way to add to cRIO RT system some code written in C or C#?
