cRIO life. compact flash has 10000 read/write cycle does this mean that cRIO can endure only 10000 restart cycles(theoritically)??

I am in the processing of estimating life of my system built on cRIO platform. the system is likely to be hard rebooted more than 40 times a day, does this mean the life expectancy is less than a year???
