It does not appear that we have any example code already written for the Futaba S3003 servo motor. If you go to www.ni.com/idnet, you can put in a request for a new driver to be written. If our customers have enough interest in a particular device, we can develop drivers to work with the hardware.
As far as if the hardware you already have will work with the motor, it appears you have what you would need. Just for your reference, here is a quick tutorial I found on how to control the exact motor you are working with:
