In order to do analysis of power quality, you will probably need to isolate, filter, and attenuate the signals to measure the voltage and the current. This can be done various ways. You can use an ammeter to lower the current to a level that you can measure using the cRIO or use some other type of current sensor. The voltage attenuation can be done several ways, but you will most likely need a voltage transducer. The maximum input range for a cRIO analog input module is +/- 60 V and +/- 20 mA.
