compiling on the compact rio 9073

My name is johnny and i am trying to compile some of the suntracking algorithms that are provided on your website. we are attempting to recreate the suntracker project. the problem is that we have to modify the project to single axis motion due to the fact that the second n9505 module that we ordered has will not arrive in time. when we try to compile the project after modification, with no errors i might add, the compile stays in the same spot for hours. we have attempted to leave it compiling for as long as 24 hours once and it still didnt make any progress. do you have any suggestions

Try getting the xFlow compile log so we can look at the steps it did complete. The default location for the xFlow logs is in C:\NIFPGA2009\srvrTmp\localhost. Find the compile log created from your code and attach it to your response.

The log will tell us how far the compile is getting and where it is getting stuck.
