crio 9022 does not boot anymore

my cRIO 9022 does not boot anymore and on the consol, I see that the boot stops after the message

 

Starting at 0x10000...

The USB drive may have a problem- remove it and see if it boots normally. If there is an issue with the USB drive, try swapping it out for another one. You will want to make sure that it isn't too big and that it is formatted properly- it needs to be FAT16 or 32.

 

If you can connect to the device in MAX under "remote systems", right click and format it. This will remove all software, but you can keep the network configuration. After the device is formatted, reinstall the software. If the status LED continuously blinks, or is solid, then there may be a hardware problem.

Hi ,

thank you for your reply; Currently I only boot from internal memory. 

I don't have a USB key with a vxworks boot; and for the MPC8347 processor that equips the cRIO9022;

I tried all the flags to boot but without success.
