crio 9076 software installation error

I am using Windows XP and recently installed LabVIEW 2012 along with all the
required softwares for cRIO 9076 (labview2012, real time module, fpga module
and RIO driver).
Using MAX, I performed formatting on cRIO-9076 and now as I try to install
software it won't allow me to do that. I went through many solution threads and
it says to reformat the cRIO, which I did again and again but nothing seems to
work.

I found this link which has a similar problem as mine out of which I am facing
only first error

This link suggests updating MAX, which I have already done. My current MAX
version is 5.1.3

I would recommend a repair of your LabVIEW installation. It sounds like there is a problem with your runtime engine.
