fft from ni9215 fpga output

i am taking data from ni9215 as given in example in this figure, by this data i m able to plot waveform chart but not waveform graph please tell me how to plot waveform graph from this data, and how to calculate frequency of this data output because when i m using waveform power spectrum fft, there is problem in deployment this vi to my crio. 

  please help me as early as possible.

I understand you have posted this here since longtime and have no replies yet. So Can I know what is the error you are facing when you are trying to deploy your code on FPGA? Also is there any specific FFT vi that you are using which is not getting deployed? Because there are a number of vi's which are not supported on FPGA.
