my DAQ card is PCI-6023E. i used AI input to analysis differential signal, but the input base line is -10V, so the signal can not displayed in my computer, how can i change the base line to 0v, so i can display my -5~+5V signal??

Please provide more info. I am not sure what you are asking.
Could you include some sample code?
Maybe a screenshot would help.
