non NI DEVICE in NI max

Hello, 

 

I try to register a particular non-NI Device in NI MAX. My device is an extension board from ScanLAB.

 

I don't know if an non-NI board can be found in NI MAX bu if somebody has a suggestion, don't hesitate.

In short, NI MAX is for "NI" Products, any generic device can be accessed in the Windows Device Manager.

 

Listing of third party devices under GPIB or Serial might give a false impression of listing other vendor devices whereas the NI MAX is only listing the GPIB or Serial ports and those instruments are in turn connected to them and not directly listed under NI MAX.
