hello everyone, I am a postgraduate student and I am using PCI-6221 in my experiments to output control signals.
In my experiments I use a pulsed signal generator module in MATLAB Simulink Desktop Real-time block to provide a digital control signal, and I utilize the analog output port of PCI-6221 to transfer the digital control signal into electric signal.
However, I found that the response speed of analog output port in PCI-6221 is quite slow. Here are the results of my digital signal and actual electric signal outputted by PCI-6221 respectively.(blue line for digital signal, while red line for electric signal ).
The frequency of digital signal is around 10Hz, which is not very high. However, the electric signal is not of rectangular shape as the digital signal.
Why has this happened and how can I address the problem?
