problem with Resolution of the Output Signal

Hi all,

I'm working with cRIO 9014 and want to create normal sinus Waveform with frequency under 1kHz. My AO-Card is 9263 and should support up to 100 kS/s. It does not matter, which Period or Source Name(Clock) I choose, the screened output signal resolution in Oscilloscope ist always 10ms! Does it depend on my AO-Card or I have ajusted the Timed Loop wrong?!
