You could use an analog input example provided with LabVIEW and NI-DAQmx. After you have both LabVIEW and NI-DAQ installed, open the example finder (Help >> Find Examples), and browse to Hardware Input and Output >> DAQmx >> Analog Measurements. Any of the examples in there will work. Just pick the example that best fits your need (finite, continuous, triggered, etc.).

The next thing you would need to do is simply make the right connections. The pinout for the device, as well as recommendations for making connections can be found in the NI 6110 manual. The manual can be found with a simple search on ni.com/manuals.
