Hello,
According to the article: Using the SMB Connector for Digital I/O on cRIO-901x Controllers one should ignore the vx_exec.out file. But how to handle the lack of this file? The VI is broken

Hi Przemmo,

If you open the .lvproj file and then try to open the SMB Read or Write VIs, just click on Ignore Item when the VI Loader indicates that it is searching for vx_exec.out. The VI should load without showing a broken arrow. I have tried it myself and it works.
