I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with viewing the Remote Front Panel of a VI running on your RT Target.
I have looked at the document that you referenced in your post, and I am actually quite familiar with it. The steps listed are in fact the correct steps to get a remote front panel for RT working successfully, so I am unsure why you are having trouble getting this to work. You might want to try going through the steps a second time, and verify that you still have a problem.
If you still have a problem after going through it a second time, could you please post back some additional details about the trouble you are having. Things that would be useful would include your version of LabVIEW, the web browser type and version, whether this has worked in the past, whether this works from any computer, how your RT computer and your client are connected, the name of the VI, the type of errors you are receiving, and any other relevant details that you consider important. With that information, I believe that this forum would be better equipped to help you resolve the issue that you are having.
