I am working on physical hardware (Atomic Force Microscopy), Currently, we are using an Analog Devices AD637 chip for the conversion of oscillations to RMS DC value. 
 
that RMS circuit has a lot of delay. I found a new novel technique that has a much better response than my current chip. I want to create a program and implement that technique (a kind of several mathematical steps) using Labview FPGA. 
 
I have both Labview FPGA kits with analog input and analog output devices.  I need help about it. I am posting my circuit which i want to create below.
