10012 error during eeprom write for SCXI-1102

During calibration of my 1102 module with the Calibration Executive software, when the adjustment step is reached, I get:

An NI-Daq interface error occurred at:
Step: 'Adjust the SCXI NI-DAQ Memory' in
Sequence: 'Adjust SCXI Module'.

Specific error information:
Error Code: -10012
Error Message: badRangeError: The analog input or analog output voltage or current range is invalid for the specified channel, or you are writing an invalid voltage or current to the analog output.

I am using an HP34401A DMM and a Fluke 5500A Calibrator. What is the cause and the solution to this problem?

Hi,

I'm not sure exactly what is causing this error because it could be coming from a variety of places. The first thing to check is if the voltage coming in from the calibrator is within specs. If you have another DMM, check what the voltage is at this step. Here is a knowledgebase describing a similar error as yours.

You can also manually step through the calibration procedure and see what voltage level that the procedure is looking for and what it is failing at.
