3-wire RTD connection to SCXI-1306

I have read the NI Manual for 3-wire RTD connection with SCXI-1306 but I couldn't understand completely.

Where to connect each cable is understood: one RED cable in AI-; Black to AI+; and Black-2 to IEX+. Like Fig. 4 from SCXI-1306 Terminal Block Manual.

My question is regarding the switches: the manual shows only 2 swiches (Fig 4) and the first is down and secound up. Looking at the Terminal Block there are 4 switches and not only 2.

How should I place the switches?

From the specification of SCXI-1306, Figure 2, there is only 2 switch per channels.

Can you help to attach the picture showing your SCXI-1306?

can you please tell me what is used for the "SW1" switch in the left-upper corner of the picture that you attached? Seems that I can't find anything about that in the web.
