APFI0 Trigger connection in diffrential mode for battery reading

Basicly , I have a RC circuit with battery and I want to read voltage of capacitor. Then tirigger any voltage that ı want. But I can't achieve this basic situation. APFI0 isn't effect from voltage of catasitor . is there any ground APFI0 .

There is not a ground AFPIx, but an AI GND. At the end, all grounds are tied together.

I would like to suggest using one of the shipping examples included with LabVIEW (assuming that you are using LabVIEW). Please navigate to Help >> Find Examples >> Hardware Input and Output >> Analog Input >> Voltage – Finite Input.vi. This VI accepts an analog trigger, and will allow you to discard any configuration issue.
