About field wiring of SCXI-1163

I saw such discription about 1163 like 'Connect the desired output voltage between VCC and GND. The outputs are connected from CHAN(n) to GND. '. And there is a 4.7K pull-up resister for each channel. I'm using 1163 to switch SSR 120D3 & 120D25 from OPTO22, they need at least 2mA current or 3V with input impedance 2K. Can I connect the SSR between VCC and CHAN(n)? In another words, how can I achive 12mA sink current noted in your manual?

You would want to connect the SSR between CHAN(n) and GND. The 1163 manual describes "These outputs are open-collector outputs with 4.7 kOhm pullups, which can sink 12 mA while maintaining an output voltage below 0.6 V."
