Aquire data comes in groups relative to sample rate in NI cDAQ 9189

Hello,

I am sampling data using the NI cDAQ 9189 and module 9208. The data is not continues and comes in groups as per the sampling rate I require.

If I'm asking 4Hz data than I gen the same number 4 times and than the number changed for another 4Hz interval.

for example: asking for ambient pressure: I get 1013.2, 1013.2, 1013.2, 1013.2, 1015.1, 1015.1, 1015.1, 1015.1 and so on

If I'm asking for 30 Hz than the same phenomenon  

I think that something is wrong with my definitions request for NI cDAQ

Did anyone have experience with this phenomenon, any advise?
