Conection between electromagnetic flowmeter (signal converter IFC050) with Agilent 34970

Hi, I am new in Labview programming and in electronics. I am trying to measure the flow from

the eectromagnetic OPTIFLUX 1000 flowmeter that has a signal converter called IFC 050 (see its outputs on the page 31).

I am using the Agilent 34970 as the DAQ to acquiere the data from the sensor to the PC. This DAQ has a card thar reads analogic outputs and a multifunction card that can apply DC supply for instance.

I would like to know the way to connect the pins of the signal convert to my cards. I believe I should measure pulses or frequecy but I am stuck and I am not able to undersatand the information contained in here:  page 31 - IFC 050.
