ECG output signal QRS Sync for defibrillator

Good afternoon, within a vital signs monitor design, I must generate an external defibrillator signal (QRS Sync), but I have not found any reference on how the output waveform should be and how it should be synchronized with the QRS section of the ECG, I am only interested in knowing the timing and waveform diagrams, so that I can implement the hardware and/or software that is required
