Hello everyone,
I'm a biomedical engineer working on a project,the main idea of the project is to obtain 12 lead ECG signal from a hardware I already design it . Data acquisition from a USB port is also already done using labview. the main problems are:-
1- How to detect QRS complex .
2- How to detect ST Segment
3- How to read data from MIT-BIH Database, Because it's .DAT files .
4- How to compare the obtained signal with the MIT-BIH database.
5- How to create database to read from.
I have read a lot of articles about some of the problems and try to test it my self but no good result comes from it.
I know it's a lot to ask but iam trying hard to obtain those requirements .
