I'm new to this job and working for the first time with NI equipment. From last few weeks we have an issue with an RTD measurement. Tried to trouble shoot in several ways, but could not resolve the issue.
As seen in the attachment, we are using SCXI-1000 chassis with SCXI-1102B module connected with SCXI-1308 terminal block, SCXI-1581 module connected with SCXI-1300 terminal block and SCXI-1600 DAQ control module.
We are using 4-wire 100 ohm RTD for temperature measurement. All of a sudden one of our RTD connected to channle 0 was showing -243 to -244 celsius instead of 26 to 27 celsius.(All the remaining RTD's were working fine). As part of trouble shooting, I changed the RTD connection to an empty channel and it was reading -63 to -64 celsius (tried with many empty channels). As suggested by an Applications Engineer from NI, we replaced our SCXI-1102B module with a new one, still the error remains the same.
