Front mount SCXI 1305 BNC connections are picking up a lot of noise

Our SCXI 1305 has been affecting our data acquisition by picking up unusually high levels of noise. In another case the connections between SCXI 1305 and a secondary instrument caused a loading(changed the values of the digital display) on the secondary instrument. It's a possible grounding problem. The module is a SCXI 1140. Chassis 1001.

The second situation you describe (instrument loading) does sound like a grounding issue. What types of signals are you connecting to your 1305 (floating, ground-referenced, or both)? Have you made the appropriate jumper selections on your 1305? The noise sounds like a different issue. Are you positive that the noise acquisition is isolated to your 1305? Have you tried using a different terminal block with your 1140?
