Intermittent analog inputs with SCXI chassis

I am experiencing intermittent analog inputs with a scxi-1100 module and a pci-6024E daq board. Using known good software sometimes the inputs read zero offset ok, at other times they seem to float open.

Have you tried reading these from the test panels in MAX? if so, what did you observe?  Is this happening on a single channel or all channels of the 1100? is the DAQ working properly on its own? What is your system setup? Have you had the same problem running a different program?

The test setup is a SCXI-1000 chassis with 2 1100 modules for analog inputs and 2 1163 modules for DIO. The analog inputs read 14 pressure sensors on the first module and 32 pressure sensors on the second module. The system has been working fine for a couple of years, but now when performing a self test of the system, all pressures at 0psi(0 volts)there is a large offset on the first module that appears to be intermittent. The second module pressure sensor offsets read fine during the test. I have swapped the module with a know good module and still the problem persists.
I have tried running max and it appears that the analog inputs read fine.
