Is it possible to measure the CO2 and water content of a liquid?

Do any sensors exist that could monitor the carbon dioxide and water content a polyurethane based liquid? They would have to operate in a 20-70oC temperature range

There is no way of sense water and CO2 by a single sensor. You could be able to measure CO2 and water seperately but before that i need to know much details and chemical specifications about your liquid.
