Pmod Gyro Noise

Hello, i am having trouble in filtering the noise for my pmod Gyro, i made a lot of research on the topic and found out that i either need a kalman filter or just take the moving average.

the guy provides a solution for the noise at 10:40, however i did not know how to implement it.

I would really appreciate an answer!!!
