Reading analog signals with SCC-FT01

I have a very simple question.  When connecting a single analog signal to a SCC-FT01 module, should the positive wire connect to the Ch+ and the negative wire connect to AIGND?  Also, should the channel be read as a RSE voltage?  FYI, I have a M-Series DAQ device and a SC-2345.

Hello noderer,

You should select physical connections and terminal configuration for your acquisition based on the environment of your fixture. This document discusses some considerations for selecting the appropriate configuration. Once you have chosen a terminal configuration, you can use the SCC-FT01 Feedthrough Module User Guide here to determine how to connect your signal to this device; specifically, you may want to reference the section entitled "Wiring the SCC-FT01".
