Replacement Power Supply for SC-2345 (with SCC-PWR02)

Years ago, our group purchased a SC-2345 with the SCC-PWR02 option as part of a full DAQ system.  The power supply for the SC-2345 chassis (described below) recently went bad.  The power supply does not appear to be manufactured by NI.

Question:  Where can I purchase a replacement power supply for a SC-2345 (with SCC-PWR02)?  Did this power supply (even though it doesn't mention NI) likely come with the SCC-2345?

Would the power supply come with SCC-PWR02 (part: 183971-02)?  What exactly comes with that part (the card to insert into the SC2345, the transformer, or both)?

Depending on which package you choose from the product website, you are able to purchase different power supply packages. for instance the SC-2345 (777722-03) package includes the AC supply. If you would like to only purchase the power supply, you may be able to do this by contacting your account representative.
