Hi Helen82,

A few days after writing my last response, the SCXI chassis crashed again. I found out that cycling power (plus letting it stay off for a minute or 2) and resetting the SCXI chassis in MAX corrects the problem, at least for a while. I'm planning to update my software to do this programmatically so my downtime is minimal. Is your system completely shut down and not working at all?
