You can use connector 1 of the 2 68 pin connectors that break out from the 100 pin end of the SH1006868 cable. Also here is a link to the page that shows the pinout of the first 68 pin connector and here is a link to the pinout of the second 68 pin connector. You may have to connect to an SCXI 1349 connector for your communicating module on the SCXI-1000. I hope this helps.
