how do I upgage 4.0 vi to 8.6.1

I have a number of VI's in 4.0 that we use. When our Lab computer crashed and burned we updated to LV8.6.1 and now our 4.0 VI's will not open.

What do I have to do to bring up the VI's to 8.6.1 standards.

Hello Twirp,

You can try posting your VIs.  Someone might have the correct intermediate versions to upgrade from LabVIEW 4.0.  I would bet that you would still have to do some work to make the code actually work in LabVIEW 8.6.1.
