need to know  if the NI-9237 does temperature compenstation on bridges, also, I need to know if it does shunt calibration.

The NI-9237 can do both Remote Sensing and Shunt Calibration. You can see details about how to connect the bridge in the USB-9237 user guide and more details about the compensation in the attached Developer Zone article about measuring strain.
