which pin is what on J1and J9 in SC-2345

I have SC-2345 with 4 SCC-AI14 installed. But input impedance of SCC-AI14 is not suitable for my needs as potentiometric sensor I use requires input impedance of >10^12 ohm. So I have to built my own modules. J1-20  are 2x10 pin, what are the pins assignmet? which pin is what for? I need to know pin details for both J1 and J9, If possible.
