Generate DC component from PXI-5412 Fgen

Hey,

I'm trying to generate a steady DC ouput of 5V from my PXI-5412 (not using the Express module). I know how to generate waveforms etc. but for some reason I can't wrap my head around a simple DC output that clear when I stop the program. Any ideas?

Just download a waveform of all 1.0 and then set your gain to 5.

Oh, I remember now. The signal generator holds the last sample after you abort. You should use a sequence then. Loop a waveform of 1.0 until you get a trigger, then jump to a waveform of all 0.0.

Instead of aborting the generation, send a software trigger and then abort. Hope this helps.
