Last version of driver supporting hardware

NI has a webpage for NI Hardware and Software Operating System Compatibility - NI that shows the FIRST version of drivers supporting specific hardware on a particular OS.

Where do I find the LAST version of drivers supporting specific hardware (if support for specific hardware has been ended)?

As an alternative, where do I find the list of hardware supported by a specific version of drivers?

In this case, I'm trying to determine if support for PXI-5421 has been dropped in current versions of NI-FGEN (and what was the last version that did support it).

I don't know where such information is published but I can tell you that the NI PXI-5421 is fully supported by the latest version of NI-FGEN (2025 Q1 at this time) with no plans to drop it anytime soon.

Thanks! I was concerned because we weren't able to create a simulated version, but that may not be related.

Simulating a PXI-5421 doesn't work, it's a known limitation. Are you saying it worked for you on an older version of the driver?

OK Thanks - that's very helpful!

No, we haven't tried an earlier version. We are just beginning to explore using simulated devices for sw testing.
