NI driver for TEK AFG3000. Error message, "waveform structure out of use

I get an error message using the driver written by NI for the Tek 3000 arbitrary function generators.  "Waveform structure run out of use Elaboration: There are no free waveform structure to create new waveform.  What does this mean?

Do you know which VI causes this problem? Is it a consistent problem? Could you possibly post an NI-Spy capture while this is running so we can see if there's any communication error or if this is an error caused inside one of the VIs.
