I tried reinstalling the driver, and that did not work. Note also that I tried the "Repair" option on the driver and that did not work either. I do have Administrator privledges on my computer also. I will have an actual administrator log on to the administrator account to see if that solves anything.

We think this error is related to the Traditional NI-DAQ installation. Please check the version of the nidaq32.dll file on your computer. (right-click properties) of <windows>\system32\nidaq32.dll.
If 'File Version' is not 7.768.3.1 (release 7.3) please try this:
Rename nidaq32.dll. (ex: nidaq32.old)
Repair for Traditional NI-DAQ.
Go to Add or Remove Programs, Select National Instruments Software, and then select Traditional NI-DAQ 7.4.1 (Legacy) and click on the repair button.
