Read From Measurement File and change the output frequency

Hi. How can I` change de output frequency of a signal obteined fron Read From Measurement File with the program runing.

I` made this Vi and I´need to change the frequency with the program runing.

The Scaling and Mapping use the %SpO2

The Read From Measurement File use all other lvm files

Other problem do i`have is I`can´t change de selected signa on the fly.
