Syncronise 5401 and 6040 via RTSI

Hi,
I'd like to sync a 6040 and a 5401 via RTSI.

I analyse a signal with the 6040 and give an output to the RTSI. Now I'd like to output an inphase sinewave with the 5401. So when the input of the 6040 changes it should change the frequency of the 5401 also.
I use Visual C++ 6.0 and DAQ 6.9.3 for 6040 and niFGen
Any ideas?
